Since the turn of the century DDM Agriculture have become increasingly involved in planning and development work for farmers and land owners in the region.

Due to the increasing pressure of the agricultural sector as a whole, DDM Agriculture have recognised the need to provide specialist development advice, ranging from farmyard development, and building plots, right through to major residential development sites including two of the largest allocations in the region, of in excess of 1,000 new homes.

We have an excellent network of professional relationships with planners, architects, planning consultants and local, regional and national developers.

DDM Agriculture are currently involved in development projects with a value in excess of £75million.
